Thursday To Do List! Red Velvet Berry Cobbler with Cream Cheese Ice Cream

A few weeks ago I saw a recipe on Pinterest for Red Velvet Berry Cobbler and Cream Cheese ice cream! The recipe is from the July 2012 Southern Living magazine. Today is the day that I am going to attempt to make it! I thought it would be so cute served in mason jars!!
